Introduction

This code of conduct summarizes the common rules and values that everyone within Pinnacle Industries must work according to in order to create trust and good relations with colleagues, customers, business partners and the world around us. Pinnacle Industries strives for the highest level in terms of ethical conduct and these rules must be guiding in all situations that affect our work and our business. We expect everyone, regardless of position, to behave and represent the company in the best possible way in terms of professionalism, business acumen and trust in those around them and to follow the high ethical requirements in their professional practice.

Company Description

Pinnacle Industries was founded in 2010 and is a manufacturer and supplier of customized precision machined components made of Casting, Forging, and bar stock material for demanding industrial applications. We are customized product supplier to our customers all over the world, from design to finished product supplying with sub-assembly and assembly. Manufacturing takes place in our Rajkot based production facility where we have a long industrial history behind us.

    Prevent and counteract accidents by having clear, structured and documented routines around a safe working environment. Register and follow up all incidents, near misses and accidents. Report all Lost Time Accidents (LTA) within 24 hours – including root cause analysis and action plan to eliminate future risks. On a standing basis, report LTAs, other accidents and near misses in the monthly reporting. Evaluate employees' views through surveys and a close collaboration with occupational health care. Respects that all employees need a healthy balance between work and leisure.

    Information about the company, our products and services and our employees must be treated as sensitive information. The information must not be disseminated to unauthorized persons or outside the company, with the exception of information forwarded for specific business purposes. All employees must protect the equipment that we have in our environment or that is assigned and that is to be used at work.

    Compliance

    This code of conduct applies to all employees of Pinnacle Industries. Everyone is expected to have access to and act in accordance with the Code. Everyone also has an individual responsibility to read and follow this code of conduct. Employees who feel uncertain about the application in their daily work can receive guidance from their manager.

    Report Violations

    Employees must sound the alarm if they suspect things that are contrary to the code of conduct or legislation. We provide several opportunities to report suspected violations. In the first place, information about suspected violations must be made to their immediate supervisor. We do not tolerate any form of retaliation due to employees or others staying at our workplaces reporting suspected or actual actions that violate this Code of Conduct. If an employee does not act in accordance with the code of conduct, corrective action will be taken. If a business partner repeatedly or seriously violates the code of conduct, the business partnership will be terminated.

    Determination and Update

    This code of conduct must be determined annually by the management in connection with the business plan meeting.
